Tasting of green, black or Oolong tea in 4 Simple Steps

Whether you just appreciate tea as much as we do or you are just curious, these 4 simple steps won't disappoint you. Every cup of tea deserves your attention. You know what they say: Tea is happiness in a cup!

Step No.1: Make sure your palate is clean and your tea is ready to be served.

#Green tea, #black tea and #oolong tea are all great beverages to drink after every meal. Our tea is not only going to promote a better #digestion but also its sweet taste will leave your mouth and appetite happy & fulfilled.

Make sure your palate is clean and your tea is ready to be served!

Step No.2: Smell

Every good tea has a distinctive smell. But not all the tea' smell are fully natural from the leaves... As we all know, aromatic teas can have extracts from other spices or flowers, just like jasmine or cinnamon, to make the smell and taste appealing, but our Cui Zhu Xuan is 100% completely the #pure leaf and #natural tea. The smell should be appealing to you, but since it has no other additives or extracts, it is not going to be aggressive or strong.

Sniff your cup or tea bowl. If you happen to do a tasting of different teas, start with the one you think will be the lightest taste, which is not necessarily be the one with the lightest color. All our tea has a slight flower tone smell at the beginning and then you will notice a fruity twist.

Step No.3: Taste in your Throat

Now let's get to action!

Scoop a spoonful or drink straight from the cup but make sure to absorb or slurp it with air. You will want to drink the tea slowly and let it sit in your mouth without swallowing it straight away. Let the tea roll in your tongue, rest for a second and then roll your tongue again before the swallow.

Feel your tongue, your palate first and then your throat and stomach for their reactions with the drink.

You should feel the water of our tea running smoothly through your throat, with a gentle taste not being too strong and, not drying out your passage to the stomach.

Step No.2: After Swallowing

Most of the bad quality teas, would make you want to have a glass of water after to hydrate or to clear the slightly bitter taste of the tea. High quality tea should be very light and easy to drink, even though its teas properties and #health benefits are very strong.

Our Cui Zhu Xuan tea should leave a sweet and smooth essence in your mouth, you will feel hydrated after drinking our tea, no needing for water afterwards. Best of all, the taste stays for long in your mouth, up to 20minutes!
